To activate your payment terminal, you will need to complete a document verification process. This process, known as KYC ("Know Your Customer"), ensures transaction security and compliance with payment and anti-money laundering regulations. Individuals and self-employed professionals (Autónomos)
Online pre‑approval form: Complete and submit our digital form so we can analyze your professional activity.
Personal Identification: Valid ID card or NIE (Front and back, in color, and high resolution).
Tax Registration (Model 036/037): Full document (at least pages 1, 2, and 3) to verify your Tax ID (NIF), fiscal address, and business activity code (IAE).
Proof of recent activity: Most recent "Autónomo" social security receipt or your latest tax return (VAT/IVA or Income Tax/IRPF).
Recent Bank certificate: Bank account ownership certificate (issued within the last 3 months) under the holder's name.
Economic activity & PEP declaration: Complete and sign our internal form (KYC Protocol) for professionals.
PayOk payment services framework contract: Review and sign the contract to activate your online payment terminal.
Onboarding requirements for Legal entities
Online Pre-approval Form: Complete and submit the digital form so we can analyze your company’s activity.
Incorporation Deed and Bylaws: Full copy with the registration stamp from the Mercantile Registry (Registro Mercantil).
Economic Activity & Beneficial Ownership Declaration: Complete and sign our internal form (KYB Protocol) to declare the business activity and ultimate beneficiaries.
UBO Identification: Valid ID (DNI) or NIE of each individual holding more than 25% (high-resolution color copy, both sides).
In case of Complex ownership structures: Ownership chart signed by the administrator detailing percentages down to the individual shareholders.
In case of Representatives: Appointment Deed or Power of Attorney and a Certificate of Good Standing/Authority from the Mercantile Registry (issued within the last 3 months), along with the representative's valid ID or NIE.
Tax Registration (Model 036/037): Full document showing the business activity codes (IAE).
Recent Bank Certificate: Bank Ownership Certificate in the company’s name (issued within the last 3 months).
