Requirements to apply for PayOk virtual POS terminal

To activate your payment terminal, you will need to complete a document verification process. This process, known as KYC ("Know Your Customer"), ensures transaction security and compliance with payment and anti-money laundering regulations. Individuals and sole proprietors
Online pre-approval form. Complete and submit our digital form so we can learn more about your business activity.
PayOk payment services framework agreement. Sign the framework agreement to request the activation of your online payment terminal.
Certified copy of passport. Provide a copy certified by a notary public.
Certified copy of national ID (DNI). Submit a certified copy of your national identity document.
Utility bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old). Attach a recent electricity, water, gas, or telephone bill, or a bank statement.
Bank reference or certificate (less than 3 months old). Provide a bank reference for the account where payments will be received.
Income tax return (Form 100). Most recent personal income tax return of the applicant.
VAT forms (303 or 390). Attach quarterly VAT forms (303) or the annual summary (390).
Legal entities
Online pre-approval form. Complete the form so we can assess your company’s business activity.
PayOk payment services framework agreement. Sign the agreement to activate your online payment terminal.
Company incorporation documents (LLC or PLC). Submit certified copies, including: certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association, register of directors, and register of shareholders.
Certified copy of passport of directors and shareholders. Notarized copies of the passports of the company’s directors and shareholders.
Certified copy of national ID (DNI) of directors and shareholders. Notarized copies required.
Recent utility bill or bank statement (less than 3 months old). Bill or statement in the company’s name.
Bank reference or certificate (less than 3 months old). Bank reference for the company’s account.
Corporate tax return (Form 200). Most recent return filed.
VAT forms (303 or 390). Quarterly forms or annual summary.
